Your business number receives and sends through Meta's official Cloud API. Delivery status, duplicate webhooks and service-window rules are handled by the platform. The number is connected with our team during implementation.
Contacts and deals are created and updated from qualified conversations, matched by phone number so duplicates are not created. Conversation summaries are written back as notes.
Availability is read from the assigned agent's calendar, re-checked before confirmation, and the meeting is created with the lead's details in the event.
