Detoximex shows each connection clearly: Connected, Action Required, Disconnected, Not Configured, or Coming Soon. Availability depends on plan entitlement and completion of the connected account setup.
Your business number can receive and send through Meta's official Cloud API once the connected account and workspace connection are configured. Delivery status, duplicate webhooks and service-window rules are handled by the platform.
When connected, leads and deals are created and updated from qualified conversations, matched by phone number so duplicates are not created. Conversation summaries can be written back as notes.
When connected, availability is read from the assigned team member's calendar, re-checked before confirmation, and the appointment or callback request is created with the customer's details in the event.
Inbound email enquiries can be routed into the same lead-intake flow as WhatsApp, so one workspace holds the whole history.
